Monika Linkytė has won Pabandom Iš Naujo, Lithuania’s national selection for Eurovision and will sing the song “Stay” in Liverpool
The final of Pabandom Iš Naujo took place tonight from LRT Studios in Vilnius, and was hosted by Giedrius Masalskis, Augustė Nombeko and Richardas Jonaitis.
The 10 songs, participated in the final of Pabandom Iš Naujo, in running order:

- Justė Kraujelytė – “Need More Fun”
- Paulina Paukštaitytė – “Let Me Think About Me”
- Beatrich – “Like A Movie”
- Rūta Mur – “So Low”
- Il Senso – “Sparnai”
- Petunija – “Love Of My Life”
- Gabrielius Vagelis – “Šauksmas”
- Monika Linkytė – “Stay”
The songs were judged by an in-house panel of Lithuanian music experts, including former Eurovision participants Monika Liu, Jievaras Jasinskis and Vaidotas Valiukevičius.
The Lithuanian public decided the other half of the votes by SMS.

After voting, two acts had the same amount for points – Monika Linkytė – “Stay” and Rūta Mur – “So Low”. But in Lithuanian selection (not like by Eurovision rules) the jury points are more important. At the end Monika Linkytė has won and announced as Lithuanian representative at Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song “Stay”.
The song “Stay” was written by Monika Linkytė and Krists Indrišonoks.
Monika Linkytė already represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2015 together with Vaidas and their song “This Time”, placing 18th in the Grand Final.
