Norway: Ulrikke, Umami Tsunami and Alessandra to the final MGP 2023

The first heat of MGP 2023 took place tonight live from Nydalen in Oslo with seven hopefuls fighting for three spots in the final:

1. Alessandra Mele – “Queen of Kings”
2. Eirik Næss – “Wave”
3. Rasmus Thall – “Tresko”
4. Kate Gulbrandsen – “Tårer i paradis”
5. Umami Tsunami – “Geronimo”
6. Ulrikke Brandstorp – “Honestly”
7. Byron Williams Jr & Jowst – “Freaky for the Weekend”

For the heats of Melodi Grand Prix 2023, the outcome will just be down to the public and viewers can choose three acts to qualify for the Grand Final. The qualifiers were revealed in random order:

• Umami Tsunami – “Geronimo”
• Ulrikke Brandstorp – “Honestly”
• Alessandra Mele – “Queen of Kings”
