n preparation for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, the Swedish broadcaster SVT has assumed the responsibility of determining and disclosing the running orders for the event’s two Semi-finals. For the past decade, he producers of the shows have decided the running orders based on an allocation draw.
The allocation draw, a pivotal event in the Eurovision calendar, transpired in January preceding the contest. During this draw, participants were strategically distributed across the two Semi-finals. Furthermore, the draw determined whether each participating country would feature in the first or second part of the respective Semi-final.
