Albania’s Eurovision 2026 representative is confirmed: Alis KALLAÇI will head to Vienna after claiming victory at the 64th edition of Festivali i Këngës.
After four nights of performances and celebration at the Pallati i Kongreseve in Tirana, Festivali i Këngës #64 — one of Albania’s longest-running and most prestigious music festivals — came to a close, revealing its winner and Albania’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.
A Festival of Traditions and New Voices
Festivali i Këngës spanned four nights of music:
Two competitive semi-finals, Nostalgia Night celebrating classics of Albanian song, The Grand Final, where the winner was chosen by combined jury and televote.
In total, 28 artists took the stage across the festival, with 23 singers and acts qualifying for the final night after Nostalgia Night.
Alis Triumphs with “Nân”
After all 23 finalists delivered their songs once more for the home audience and viewers across the region, it was Alis who took the crown with her evocative song “Nân” — securing victory through a 50% professional jury and 50% televote result.
Written by Alis Kallacej and Desara Gjini, “Nân” impressed both professional jury and fans, blending emotional depth with a contemporary but timeless sound that resonated strongly in the final tally.
Looking Toward Vienna 2026
With this exciting victory, Alis will carry Albania’s flag to the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, set for May 2026. Her performance of “Nân” will mark a new chapter for Albania’s long and storied Eurovision journey — one that began in the 2000s and continues to thrive on the international stage.
