Isaak won the German national selection “Das deutsche Finale” and will represent country at Eurovision 2024 with the song “Always on the Run”
The German public broadcaster selected eight artists, and an additional artist was chosen through the TV show “Ich Will Zum ESC!” These nine contestants competed for the chance to represent Germany in Eurovision 2024. Following the deliberation of both the jury and the televote, Isaak was ultimately chosen as the long-awaited representative for the country.
And today Das Deutsche Finale 2024 has officially concluded, marking Germany’s selection for the 68th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, this May. Isaak emerged as the winner of the Grand Final with the song “Always On The Run,” set to carry the German flag and succeed Lord of the Lost.
“Always on the Run” was written by Greg Taro, Isaak Guderian, Kevin Lehr and Leo Salminen.
