Armenian broadcaster AMPTV have announced that Maléna is returning to represent her country in Paris! In 2020, Maléna had been internally selected to perform “Why” at the Contest before Armenia withdrew. She will now comeback with a brand new song “Qami Qami”.

Maléna  Fox is a talented cellist, and has dreamed about representing Armenia for many years, she participated in her nation’s selection competition back in 2008.

Maléna grew in a family of musicians and Maléna’s grandfather is a clarinetist who plays in the Philharmonic Orchestra. The young singer received seven years of music education at the school after “Sayat-Nova”, where she studied solfeggio, music literature and cello. Maléna also loves to dance and has been attending dance classes since she was 10 years old.

Since 2020 Maléna has been a record label artist for TKN, where she works with the well-known producer Tokionine, who has also composed the first Maléna’s song “Why” and Srbuk’s song “Walking Out” that she performed at Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv.
