Lyrics “Gaja” by Justyna Steczkowska

Polish & English

Gaja

(They call me Gaia)

Ranisz moje serce Ty
Który moją miłość masz za nic
Naznaczyłeś sobą mnie
Obudziłeś samotności krzyk

Moje imię Gaja
Jestem bogiem
Siłą
Moją matką miłość
Kiedy płaczę
To we łzach tonie świat
Tulę w swych ramionach zaginiony czas

Gaja…
Ja Gaja…
Czas
Ja Gaja…

Jestem stwórcą twego ja
Duszy zgubą
Twoim ocaleniem
W krwioobiegu płynie czas
Święta woda zmywa przeznaczenie

They call me Gaia
I’m the love
I’m the life of all imagined
The world drowns as it watches me cry
I’ll be holding it close in my arms

Gaia

(They call me Gaia)

You wound my heart, you
The one who holds my love as nothing
You have marked me with yourself
Awakened the scream of loneliness

My name is Gaia
I’m a god
A force
My mother is love
When I cry
The world drowns in tears
I cradle lost time in my arms

Gaia…
I, Gaia…
Time
I, Gaia…

I’m the creator of your self
The bane of the soul
Your salvation
Time flows through the bloodstream
Sacred water washes fate away

They call me Gaia
I’m the love
I’m the life of all imagined
The world drowns as it watches me cry
I’ll be holding it close in my arms
